A year a go I attended therapy for stop smoking and I am proud to say I am still cigarette free. As part of that therapy I received combination psychotherapy that increases your motivation, not only to quite but to try new things in life.

I am now in a completely new career as a swimming instructor. Becoming free of my addiction to cigarettes changed my physically and mentally. If I was to give you one word that best described what the SR therapy gave me in my like it would have to be CONTROL.
