1I’m sorry that you feel there has been a breakdown in communication. I did reply to your first message on the Friday but had not had opportunity to respond to your second message over the weekend. After the weekend I saw you had written this review before I could respond to you. As I said originally, I’m more than happy to come to your house to look at the problem, as it was working fine when you collected it so I think that the problem must be with your setup at home which I should easily be able to resolve. If you can contact me again, we can arrange a convenient time to do this.
