Awful, waste of money. A joke.

Called STP for a potential wasp problem. He spent less than 5minutes at my house. Told me theres nothing there and took his £55 call out fee. There was no thorough check. Unprofessional. Do not recommend. AND THEN, leaves his spare set of keys at my house. What a waste of money. Call someone who will at least give you some
of their time, unlike STP.

I have used this company to remove a wasps nest in our loft. Communication was fantastic and their prompt response was very much appreciated!

Ants in the shower!

I had a severe ant infestation in my downstairs shower. STP came out the same day and their very pleasant and efficient operator did the job quickly at a reasonable charge with a year's guarantee. Excellent service and I would recommend them.

Fantastic Service and Very Professional

Fantastic service from these guys came out same day and dealt with my mouse problem. Brendan who came was so professional showed us his Id that shows he is a member of basis prompt which proves he's fully qualified pest controller and has been keeping his training upto date which put our minds at rest because of our 4 children and many pets lol. By the second visit there was absolutely no sign of the mice which is fantastic news and he said its guaranteed. Thanks STP

AVOID!

Had a problem with squirrels so I called out this company. Biggest mistake I ever made. They took the money from me spent minimal time in my loft then left. They never returned and blocked my calls after several attempts to get them to come back out.
I then called a company with a very similar name but a much better attitude who solved the problem within no time and learnt I'm not the first customer they've had come from this lot.

Unfortunately this is a fake review this customer has never used us and is obviously associated with the said company above its really sad when people have to do this. We have never not returned to our customers or blocked their numbers quite the opposite. What I would say is always make sure your pest controller is qualified and ask for this before they commence work. All our staff are qualified and suitably trained. Please don't be fooled by the company with a similar name. Pathetic tactics 😂
