I was lucky enough to have found Nick rather quickly in my search for a Home Buyer Surveyor. He was straight talking, knowledgeable and clearly cares about his job. He produced and excellent report, with a quick turn around and was extremely helpful to us. The price was affordable and given the piece of work he did, worth every penny. Nick was very approachable and available throughout.

I used Nik Taylor to conduct a survey for me on a second home that I am purchasing, after speaking to a number of surveyors in the Devon/Cornwall area. I've used surveyors previously but have not come across anyone as helpful, professional and thorough as he is. His survey was incredibly detailed and he was happy to help with any queries relating to the property more generally (such as recommending builders, tradesmen etc as I am new to the area in which I am purchasing) - even taking calls from my husband and I in the evenings and at weekends. His service was better than first class and extremely good value too - it goes without saying that he is HIGHLY recommended!

Home buyers survey

After ringing round many of the big company's getting quotes etc. I came across Stoyan Taylor, not only the best quote I had but was the quickest aswell, I delt with Nik Taylor who had a good and professional approach to what I needed to get done!
After I got my report back Nik continued to help with any questions or problems I had, even talking with my estate agent directly in helping arange repairs for a issue tha arose with the house
Highly recommend this company an will use again if I move in the future.
