do not go for food

6/12/18 me my wife our 4 kids went for some food at the story book, the worst experience i have ever had,food was dry/hard wasn't fresh at all,my first meal got took back and replaced with a mix grill witch was ok until i took a bite of the chicken ,greasy cold and hard in the middle, the chief there needs sacking the staff need training the place needs shutting down until they sort things out.

no offer of a refund.

Terrible

Took our grandson to the story book for a meal and soft play. The meal we had was fairly good for the cost. We then went to the play area were he was picked on by older boys and kicked. Staff did nothing. Don,t take your child or grandchild here unless you are desperate. We left within 10 minutes as the parents and staff were total useless at stopping the intimidation.

Eat here on the 6/8/18 the food was there's only one way to describe it horrible absolutely horrible the food must have been there all day and cold pigs in blankets are hard to eat and very salty will never go again

How bad can a pub be

Bar staff can't pour a pint when I complained they said they weren't barmaids if so what are they doing behind the bar. Food was awfull had a voucher for 40per cent off ordered two sirloin steaks they gave me rump steaks tried to tell me they were sirloin the steak was disgusting took it back only decent thing about the night was the girl who served me gave me my money back (chef) didn't know what he was doing .ishall never go back to that place again absolutely horrendous

Rubbish food

As a family we have been here quite often for special occasions as the price is responsible but yesterday my partner and I went and couldn't of been more disappointed my food was awful there was nothing at all nice about it mash potato tasted like smash the Yorkshire pudding was frozen bloody awful had two mouthfuls wasn't even offered a refund when I told staff how bad my food was think twice about going back
