I am a Level 4 Master Personal Trainer specializing in Weight Loss and Diabetic related disorders. I have over 15 years experience working in the health and fitness industry working as an Instructor, Personal Trainer, Fitness Manger and Club Manager. I love to pass on my knowledge and enthusiasm for Sports and Health and Fitness to people all of all ages and abilities.

I am currently based at Breedon Priory Health Club as the Head of Personal Training. I also a work from Breedon as a strength and conditioning coach and offer technical support to athletes on the England and G.B Teams.

I am a former professional athlete and British Freestyle Skiing Champion, with over 8 years experience skiing on the British Freestyle Team. During this time I travelled extensively while competing on the European and World Tour.
