What a pleasure to find this storage facility, super clean, bright and a safe and secure environment. Lucie runs a great business that I have used for 14 months, it is so easy to deal with, access is great and competitive and affordable. Having used storage facilities in many locations, usually with big brand names, this is absolutely the best and comes with my full recommendation.

I would highly recommend MK Storage as the best storage option in MK and the surrounding areas. I have had units across MK & Oxfordshire over the years, always going with a corporate company. What I have found with those companies is after an initial first period discount it becomes a lot of money for the size of storage you get. With MK storage it was a massive 20ft container for far better value! Easy access as you can pull up to the door of your container making it easy to load/unload. You don’t have to navigate corridors, lifts or pull trolleys as you do with the corporate companies. Being an outside unit I was surprised to never be affected by the weather, again because you can pull up to the door of the container. The units are well insulated/ventilated meaning there is no build up of damp keeping my items in good condition whilst being stored. All in all, a great service, great value for your money, a good honest small business & an owner who was always a pleasure to deal with!

Very organized. Polite and friendly people to deal with. Very clean facilities. Secure. Excellent value for money. Would definitely use them again if the need arose.

Used this business for storage over the past year to store a load of "garage stuff" whilst we had building work done. I had a standard unit which was a good size for what we paid monthly compared to other storage businesses. As the unit was inside a large secure warehouse type building with a large roller door, I could reverse the car in and park quite close to the unit which helped immensely with loading/unloading.
It isn't (wasn't) 24hr access which was never an issue for me, and tbh, you just plan around the opening times in any case. I had my own insurance at the start, but soon cancelled it as didn't feel the need and was happy with the risks.
I was more than happy with the storage facilities and would come back if I had future storage needs.
