Stop Sexual Misconduct

I recently attended the Active Bystander course. I was a bit apprehensive before the training because it is an area that we don't tend to talk about at work. However, I came away from the training having a very clear understanding of what being an "Active Bystander" means and what my responsibilities should be when faced with a difficult situation at work. The training included useful activities and resources.

I’m not one who enjoys going on work related courses but this one was fabulous. Lots of information that I was able to feed back to my colleagues when I returned to work. Highly recommended!

We used Stephen and his team recently to conduct some training we needed updating on.

Although sometimes an uncomfortable subject to discuss, in the current climate this training is essential.

Our team is made up of a younger crowd and we regularly attend social outings together being a sales based role.
As leaders we know what to look out for and our staff are in know on what boundaries are in place.
