We manage around 32,000 homes in England for over 65,000 customers, including affordable properties for general rent, shared ownership and sale, alongside specialist accommodation such as retirement and supported living schemes for older and vulnerable people, young people’s foyers and women’s refuges.

Our ambitious house-building programme aims to build 1,000 new homes per year from 2019 onwards, driven by our vision of everyone having the opportunity to have a place they can call home. We plough our surplus into building new homes, improving our existing housing stock and investing in customer services. Terrible company who don't care about their tenants.Charge weekly service charge for useless contractors who don't fulfil duties .Their customer service is appalling lucky if your phone call is answered in less than half an hour.Requests for repairs are ignored eg currently without communal lighting for 2 weeks despite it being a 'high priority' repair.Have lived in flats all my life but have yet to find a worse landlord.Nobody from company ever visits the site to discuss problems with tenants and contacting the company is extremely difficult time consuming and mostly without resolve.

Boiler broken

I rent a house and have been left with no heating and no hot water. Since July I have had faults on my gas boiler they either fob me of over the phone or send an engineer who knew nothing about my boiler. Now freezing weather its gone altogether. Since 8.30 am yesturday I put an email to emergency repairs as it was Sunday and reported it on my home, someone from Hereford heating called yesturday afternoon tried sorting the issue over the phone and then fobbed me off told me to boil a kettle for hot water. Today I rang these and apparently im still in a 24 hour bracket which I don't think I am she said someone will call today, I am not holding much hope.
Absolutely disgusting and if noone comes today I am getting advice from c@b

Only interested in rent money. Cheapest contractors used for extremely poor services. Unexceptable delay in answering phone calls to customer service. Not interested in resident grievances.poor service in all areas and no consideration of existing tenants when renting available property.

PROPERY DEVELOPER MILKING THE NEEDY

In 2021 Stonewater have continued to milk their tenants by reducing staff to practically zero in covid lockdown and increasing service charges. They are a big and powerful property developer and it seems impossible to het past them with complaints. Have a lock at Companies house website to see the true vale of assets of their 6 companies.
