Stonecraft Driveways & Landscaping

We ended up with quite mixed feelings about Stonecraft after they re-did our drive and parts of our front garden. Chris was very responsive when we raised issues and asked for things to be redone, but almost all of the issues could have been avoided in the first place with better communication between Chris and his team, and if we’d agreed in much more detail (and ideally in writing) what the job was in the first place.
It was also quite frustrating that the team took away various tools and items from our garage – by mistake no doubt, but it is taking a long time to get them all back. The work took much longer than originally stated, though some of those factors were out of Chris’ control.
On the positive side Chris was very amenable, the cost was lower than elsewhere and we are overall happy with most of the end result.

Christopher and his team did a really good job repairing my drive. They came on time, were professional throughout, and the quote they gave was reasonable. I couldn’t ask for more! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and would use them for future work.

Don't think they are genuine tradesman, substandard work carried out, used untrained staff, no yard, po box for correspondence
