Absolutely terrible service and horrendously high prices. Quoted me prices and then completely changed them when they took in my car. Didn't do the requested work on my car and charged me for them anyway. Make sure you avoid this business!

stoneacre york damaged my car

Took my 6 month old fiesta in to stoneacre york for a recall, it came out with a scratch in the door also looked like it had been washed with a dirty sponge with a stone in it so light scratches all over the car paintwork, the servicer adviser was rude and the manager too busy to see me. I was told I would be contacted but they never did, I will never go back

I've been on the service plan for 3 years... no more.

Every year they recommend an aircon re-gas and replace brake fluid, despite having it on record that they did it the previous year. This year they took me for £150+vat for a job they said was an MOT failure. When I got the paperwork back, it was only an advisory. When I got their followup call they actually talked me out of giving feedback about their service. Googling about this, we find people spending greater sums in similar circumstances. Stoneacre York is the worst thing about owning a Ford.
