Emailed again about the same vehicle, this time got a reply asking me to call Shane Bishop.
Called and got through to reception, Shane was “with a customer” but did l want him to call me back when he was free?

changed the colour of my seats through a recall, changed my seat backs from black to grey , they said grey was black. mechanics said grey was black, would not change the bases to the same colour as the backs , Suzuki changed their minds when they received an email from judge rinder, Also dented the bonnet on an MOT, front number plate fitted by Clarence the x eyed lion, salesman said I have put heated seat on for you , don't think so it did not work took them 18mnths 3 attempts to fix,jump leads needed on purchase as the battery was knackered, had to be replaced, also leaking shock absorbers on the back, kind mechanic put an advisory on the steering arm but I took it to another garage to have it fixed, they checked it and checked it , nothing wrong with it ,a case for the fraud squad,
