My recent purchase of the new Sandero Stepway was handled in a professional and friendly manner by Mark who offered a very good level of customer service. Explanations of the finance options available were made clear and again handled in a professional, informative and friendly manner by both mark and Mathew. All in all a painless and pleasant experience.

I've just done a quick and easy part exchange here, dealt with by the lovely Karen. She was so transparent and down to earth whilst maintaining a high level of professionalism. All my questions (even the daft ones!) were answered and after support was provided where needed. She made sure I was comfortable with the car (a test drive was immediately offered and throughout the drive she shared her vast knowledge of the car itself, explaining how everything worked and the differences I would find with that and my current car). Love my new car and would definitely return!

What can you say about my experience with a lady called Karen. To be honest this young lady has been very polite and professional while doing her job. Have seen her twice the first to part exchange my old car for a new car and the second to have my personal number plates on the new car, both times you couldn’t fault her attitude to myself been the customer
