Purchased vehicle 24.2.23 sales advisor called LEWIS continuously called me forced the sale on me even when the car i originally wanted wasn't available very unprofessional garage please please be aware you dont get what you pay

Sales staff and the manager are a joke to deal with. Very unprofessional duo. Spend your hard earned money anywhere else, but here.

Angry with sales service.
I have bought a used Suzuki Vitara on 9/11, with only one car key. Sales person James explained that the previous owner lost it and he promised to find it out.
Now 21/12, no any reply nor action from them even I have contacted him for many times.
What a non-trustworthy salesperson he was.

Worst customer service ever received. Everybody was nice and helpful through sales process (Lincoln branch) although servicing with Nottingham is terrible. Annual service done without check of bodywork(can't be checked if car is dirty - that's how I've received it) even though the car has care plan for paint job. Other issue is that I've been trying to get resolved problem which is covered under warranty - nobody cares if you have a problem with car. Helpline can only arrange a callback but nobody ever calls back and if you ask any question their answer is that somebody will call you back from the service (they use call centre to book so nobody knows nothing). Don't buy anything from there if you wish to service your car there at any point.
