We have two dogs, an elderly cat and a (now deceased) hamster that we have brought regularly to Abbey street over the years. Although we rarely see the same vet twice I can honestly say that EVERY vet we have seen have been absolutely marvellous, not only their treatment and diagnostic abilities, but also it is plain to see their genuine love of animals-they have always been very kind and patient with my, sometimes, difficult pets.! They also understand that many people cannot always afford expensive scans etc so will always explain the various options, and never push for such things unless deemed absolutely necessary... They may only be a small premises but are always able to offer the full range of more complex diagnostics etc at their practice in Stafford if need be. I have lived in many places, had animals all my life, but this is the best vets I have ever known and I would like to thank them all for their wonderful care..!!

I've been going to Stone Vets for 14+ years, whichever receptionist is on duty has always been pleasant and helpful, the vets have all been capable professionals.

In life if people treat you badly, check you didn't annoy them first. Not many people visit a vet in a calm state of mind.

Receptionist is rude, unfriendly and condescending. The manager there is the same. I wouldn't go back there in fact 0/5 stars
