Disappointed with customer service
1Wrong flooring ordered and they never told me the price difference. And was saying the one I picked did not exist even though it was written on the e-mail
So many things went wrong, and when I spoke to the manager he said what do you want me to do??? I even waited over 2 months just to have my door bars to be changed. I spent thousands in this shop and was so disappointed.
Terrible customer service on £6000 order. 3 piece suite was condemned arrived April condemned June
