Stoke Volkswagen

No one (apart from receptionist) interested in trying to sell us a car! We did want a hybrid car but when Receptionist spoke to the two male salesmen they didn't look up from their computers. Eventually a nice lady called Charlotte showed us one hybrid car that was used by a member of staff but it was not the type of car that we wanted. If we decide to buy a VW we will certainly not get it from here!!

I'd like to thank Stephen Bowers for his help. He was really friendly and helpful and made the process of getting a mobility car very easy. He is very cheerful and puts you at ease and made the whole process enjoyable. Many thanks

Purchased my first car from Stoke VW from Emily Carson and I can honestly say I'm over the moon with it. Her customer service was amazing not pushy at all. She managed to tick all my boxes when getting me the specific car I wanted at the right price. Will definitely be sticking with Stoke On Trent VW for a long time. They've kept me in contact with all details and documents I need when handing the car over and overall all staff have been very welcoming and helpful every time I've been it. Definitely, a higher standard service then other VW Garages I have been to around Staffordshire.

Very disappointed after spending £21K on a car to be told that I had to pay my own road tax but they did leave the car with fuel in it. No not a full tank but HALF a tank really !!!!
