Dropped me off a 40 minute walk away from where I needed to be. Driver refused to take me to the correct place because the satnav said it was correct. The driver put in the wrong postcode and left me on an unknown street.

Will never use again!

If I order a taxi and it comes 12 minutes late the I try a different company BYE.

Very very bad business no idea how to run the place always late on pickups charging excessively have actually got in a few of they’re cars and been told to “get out “ because I did not have the right change do not use

I had to make another complaint about one of the taxis reversing very badly next to my corner and although I did not get the full number plate the person I complained to was kind and polite and considerate and promised to look at the matter.
