Excellent customer service! I had my car serviced and MOT carried out. It took longer than I expected and more work than I anticipated but Eddie kept me well informed and went the extra mile to make sure my car would be safe and shiny again. My car is running much smoother now and the service was top and trustworthy!

was loosing coolant so I brought it to them and asked them to diagnose it they managed to find that the thermostat was faulty- 280 for labour + parts which i was okeh with however after 3 days I started having the same issue and called them was told maybe air in the system just fill it up with water which i did then same happened and after a week took it back to them and they did pressure test and found nothing. Really disappointed for misdiagnosis they did anyways took it to other mechanic and he had a look at the part and said it’s not damaged and shouldn’t have been replaced i have also filed a claim with the bank .genuinely it’s not worth going to them worse garage ever Now I’m out of 280 and with the same issue

i would not even give this mechanic so called a star if possible. He completly wrecked my mercedes class diesel he charged for an engine rebuild and only repaired the engine .I sent him new injectors to fit he said hed put them in on ly to be lieing his head off . 4 months later the engine collapsed guess what crankshaft bearings went again probably used old shells .We got the car recovered to a NEW GARAGE and a new engine fitted in 2 weeks not the 7 weeks this garage had it. Guess what the injectors were in the car in the box not even opened never mind fitted as he claimed. This guy eddie has the skill of a 5 yr old PS YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS GARAGE THEY ARE VERY POOR AND THERES NO TALKIN TO HIM HE ACTUALLY SHOUTS AT YOU which i soon sorted him out pratt .Ps our bill was £3400 be very very careful .

Place is a dump, workmanship poor, attitude of owner , terrible. Stay well clear.

Disgraceful all round service.
Fitted a faulty alternator then returned the car only for it to brake down 4 miles later when I phoned eddie ( the owner) he said he was only paid to fit my part not to check it. Eventually after him threatening me with extra labour charges and shouting at me on the phone I returned the car and he replaced the faulty alternator that he originally fitted. He charged me £40 on top of the online quote without any communication claiming that it's a old quote online. Read his previous customers reviews before you book this garage I wish I did.
