Waited all day today for a call back and no response. Spoke to a staff member who said he would ring me back after he had finished his current job and then failed to do so. Can you not just be honest if you have no intention of ringing back potential customers? It states on your website that you repair leaky taps; however, I was informed that, in fact, you do not actually repair them - you just replace. In fact, I did say I was actually willing to have a replacement but I’ll try another company that hopefully have better manners. Maybe you should amend your website acccordingly to reflect this change in your practices.

A really great company, highly recommend

From our first consultation to the job being completed we received excellent service. Before the work was started, Chris Hammond who owns the company, ensured we knew exactly what the job entailed, gave us advice when required and talked us through each step. The whole job of installing a full new pipe work system, radiators, boiler etc in a 3 bedroom house with conservatory only took one and a half days. Quite unbelievable but all due to the fact that they worked for over 12 hours without stopping for a break on the first day to ensure we had heating and water before they left.
Great price, excellent workmanship from a 5 star company that we thoroughly recommend
