Further records are made when the motor is dismantled and stripped and the faulty winding details are carefully checked. It is very important how these faulty windings are removed from the stator core so that no damage will occur to the laminations and we have equipment that ensures this process is carried out efficiently. After stripping the stator is cleaned and prepared with new insulation ready for winding. Only quality materials from approved suppliers and manufacturers are used in the process. The new coils are automatically wound on formers and fitted into the job by hand. Trickle impregnation of resin into the coils is a very fast and efficient way of sealing the new finished windings. State of the art test equipment ensures winding integrity with a hard copy test sheet of results.
