Dean has done a lot of work over the last three years including a loft conversion and this time opening up chimneys for log burners. He communicates well, is considerate and I have always found him to do a good job which is why I keep calling him back to do other jobs.

I have used this company a number of times and each time their work has been impeccable. They are very reliable, very clean and trustworthy. They communicate excellently and always do what they say they will do with no hidden extras. I would only ever use this company and tell all my friends and family to do so too, which they have. I have contracted Dean Stewart Building Services for 4/5 years now. I feel lucky to gave found someone I trust.

Dean and John are always respectful, reliable, turn up on time and do an excellent job.

They don’t flit in and out on other jobs but focus on getting the job at hand completed.
They clear up any mess (tidiest builders ever) and always sort any snags immediately, even after payment.

The standard of their work is extremely high, and i know it’s done to spec. which is reassuring.

Stewart building services built an extension for my brother and his wife and failed to inform building inspector at various stages. This was discovered after big deposit and instalments paid and work was 3/4 completed and after calls to building control. Dean assured them when work started that the inspector had been and given the go ahead for next stage. Then again for the next 4 stages always confirming the inspection visit and agreement to go on to next stage. These visits never happened and were lies made to let them believe the work was being approved. They had to get new builders to correct the work and pay a substantial amount again. He even threw the asbestos from the old building over on to the piece of building land next door. He was taken by Charnwood Council to court and was prosecuted over this and fined. Do not use

Incredible builder. Dean & John delivered an exceptional service on our garage extension. Really good advice on how to improve our build and made suggestions that transformed the whole project.

Immaculate workmanship, very tidy working, hit every deadline and was on budget.

I have already recommended them and will continue to do so.
