Established by John Cooper in the 1960's, Stevenage Oil Company (SOC) have been providing oil to domestic and industrial customers in the Stevenage area for over 30 years.

Specialising in domestic heating oil, industrial oils and farm fuels, our new depot has storage for 200,000 litres of kerosene, 100,000 litres of gas oil and 90,000 litres of diesel.

Being part of the Freight Transport Association ensures all our drivers have the latest qualifications and training to operate our fleet of tankers that include a 19,500 litre capacity, two 18,500 litre capacity and a 12,500 litre capacity, all named after John's Grandchildren.

Home Heating Oil. Brilliant.

I have used Stevenage Oil now for 3 to 4 years. The service is second to none, friendly staff both on the phone and the delivery drivers. The oil prices are always the best, and delivery times are great, my delivery last time was here in 3hours, but in general are always within 3 days..

We’ve been using Stevenage Oil for 3 years now - always a pleasure to deal with. Oil always delivered quickly, never a problem. If only other companies were this straight forward! Highly recommend.

Consistently good service

We have used this wonderful company for over 10 years. While the price may fluctuate, the service has remained faultless. The deliveries are swift (usually within 2-3 days of placing an order, whatever the weather!) and the drivers are courteous and considerate. They are quiet, always open & shut gates and park with respect to our neighbours- what more can you ask for?

After being let down by ‘The Big Boys’ too many times placed an order with SOC. Such friendly yet professional service from placing the order to making payment. AND you get to actually speak to people. Delivery arrived when they said it would. Thanks guys for a great service.
