Steve, thank you so much you are amazing. Steve came out on a Sunday to help fix a crack in our house due for a surveyors report. Steve was committed and dedicated, not only did he finish the job on time but he also sent me a report on Sunday night to pass to the bank. We got the mortgage for the property in the end. Thank you steve, their really needs to be more builders like you around!

Following a sudden bereavement we needed a builder to remove a ramp from my mother-in-law's property. Having been let down by another builder I found Steve Smith Builder's details in "Trusted Trader". I contacted Steve and explained what was required. All that was asked was for me to provide some photos of the job. I provided these and received a quote shortly after. I contacted Steve to say that this was acceptable and to arrange a date to undertake the work. Steve and his crew attended, as arranged, a day later. They were courteous and very professional. Following the removal of the ramp all the materials were taken away for disposal and the site left clean and tidy. We are very grateful for Steve's efficiency since a funeral is due to take place very shortly and the property will be used prior to the funeral. We have also asked Steve to visit out property since we require a new drive. Based on our own experience I would highly recommend the business for any property maintenance.

Unprofessional and unreliable. Lacks general courtesy. Will keep you waiting after he had promised to get back to you with an update if another better job had turned up in his books and will ignore you totally wasting your time.

Go for some one professional instead, some one who respects your time and takes their profession seriously and does not make petty excuses.

Steve’s company built a detached man cave in my garden, communications were from start to finish, site was always left tidy, the end result exceeded my expectations. I would recommend Steve and his company without hesitation.
