Steve offered the best value. He is personable, down-to-earth, easy to relate to and choosing the product was a pleasant conversation. The blinds would be ready in 2 & 1/2 weeks, fitting would be 1 to 2 hours, the deposit was 50% and he would order the blinds and email a receipt after he received the deposit. I paid the deposit. I had no paperwork. He says he's having problems with the website and it's affected his email so he sent me a text confirming that he'd received the deposit. The day before the blinds were due to be fitted he called to confirm a time for fitting the following day. He arrived as expected, fitted the blinds and took the packaging away. I later transferred the balance and text him to confirm I'd made the transfer. The following day I noticed one blind was not straight. He agreed to straighten it and did so within two days.

I am very happy with the service. I still have no written receipt or gaurantee. If I had the paperwork the review would've been 5*.

I found Steve Walker Blinds online by accident as I was searching for someone to help recut my blinds. What can I say Steve was outstanding! He came to my house and took his time to measure and cut my blinds to the right size. Then he even fitted them on for me. Steve is fantastic! Very reasonable price and helped when I needed this service the most. I can't recommend him highly enough.
