Driving lessons using the unique LD System, done in a Client Friendly atmosphere. Single lessons to a variety of courses from Worthing to Hove, including Steyning and Upper Beeding

I have a proven track record of providing first rate 1-to-1 tuition using the unique LD System (which is Client Friendly); from single hourly lessons, batches to semi-intensive/one week pass courses. Also I provide the Pass Plus Course and/or Refresher lessons (for confidence building)

Each lesson is done in a calm and friendly atmosphere.

To begin with, I provide a free home visit before you need to commit yourself, in order to find out your requirements. The LD System of Learning prepares you for each lesson, so there's no need to waste valuable car time on too much instruction, when all you want to do is to learn new skills for life. All this done in a calm client friendly led atmosphere.

Also if you need help with your Theory Test, there is access to my website practice area, and also, my experience and knowledge.

To note I have been a qualified ADI for several years also, I'm a member of the Drivers Instructor Association (DIA). I believe in Continuous Professional Development (CPD) and hold a level 3 in Safeguarding.

I personally couldn’t have asked for anyone better to do my driving lessons with, he taught me everything I needed to know whilst making sure I progressed with the confidence and knowledge I needed. I would definitely recommend to anyone to learn to drive with Steve, he broke up all the information I needed so I could understand it all and then put it into action. He also fit my schedule into his so I didn’t have to miss lessons and I could drive at a time that suited me. I couldn’t be more grateful you helped me pass :)

Steve LDC - absolutely brilliant

Steve is a wonderful driving instructor, I am someone who struggled with driving anxiety and he was exceedingly supportive. He is very clear and communicative and made sure that I was comfortable at all times. I am someone who has previously struggled with past tests due to test anxiety and I find it quite hard to believe in my abilities. However, with Steve’s constant encouragement and his belief in me I also began to believe in myself. I am so thankful that he helped and supported me through my journey. I would recommend him to anyone who is hoping to pass their test!

Great driving instructor

I had been putting off driving for many years but with the arrival of a baby I decided that now was the time to get it done. Steve was a great teacher and we could work on aspects that I was nervous about. He took me around the test center in Lancing as well as my local area in Hove, which has helped a lot post my driving test. We also did an extra lesson on motorway driving once I passed which I would highly recommend as it's one aspect that's not covered by the test. I would definitely recommend Steve for anyone looking to learn. I passed first time so that really says it all!

Passed First Time even with Covid Disruptions!

Steve was very professional, accommodating and forward thinking. To the point where before my test, we ‘scouted’ and practiced in the area of the test centre so I was familiar with it. I found this to be unique to him and found it severely helped myself with passing first time!

I recommend Steve as a driving instructor for all types of learners. I was initially quite worried and nervous driving however Steve was very reassuring and informative. He had a great balance which was highly appreciated. Due to the pandemic I had been learning with Steve on and off for a year (due to lockdowns) however, I passed my test first time even with all the disruptions!

Calm, patient, perfect for nervous drivers

I approached Steve to do some refresher lessons as he was recommended as a patient instructor who was good with nervous drivers. Those testimonials weren’t lying – Steve has the patience of a saint. I had completely lost my confidence after more than a decade off driving, but Steve’s kindness when I was fretting; calm, clear instructions during lessons; willingness to go through techniques over and over again when I was struggling to grasp something; and encouragement when things were going well, proved to be exactly what I needed. From being frightened to get back behind the wheel, I’m now driving hundreds of miles to visit family, undeterred by busy motorways. Steve is little short of a miracle-worker.
