Steve has done a number of jobs for us in the past, and at the moment it working for CSM Village Hall where he has been involved in the renovation of the toilet block and the kitchen. Nothing is too much trouble for Steve, he is always courteous and kind. We are over the moon with the work he has done both in the past and now, and are more than happy to recommend him. J&D King

Steve has done two projects for us now, a porch with integrated toilet and subsequently a kitchen refit. Steve has a good relationship with all trades and project managed all the way through. He was also there to give us advice on matters we hadn’t considered. He treated us with respect with any questions we had.

Steve Rendell has recently built our house extension. We started with a project but thanks to his precious advice we managed to change it in order to have a bigger kitchen! He was very helpful and delivered the entire work to a very high standard! Thanks to his help we had a massive discount for our whirlpool bath and also for our new beautiful kitchen! He was able to solve all the problems we had that, even if they were minor, can be stressful when you are dealing with a massive refurbishment and building construction! He is a very honest person and you can trust him and his team because they are very professional. Steve Rendell really wants to make his customers happy and he succeeded with us. He also did our front rear and side garden patio which was done to perfection! He is very polite and clean we knew he was in our house because he was working but he was very discrete! We have recommended him already to two friends of ours and we will call him again in the future

Over the last 10 years Steve (and his team) have completed a number a of varied jobs for us which incude fitting a utility room, refitting a bathroom, and a ground story extention to include groundworks for a new toilet and he is currently undertaking our kitchen refit. I have always found him to be reliable and hardworking. If problems do arise (and renovating an old house is always full of surprises), Steve is proactive about finding solutions. He is aware that he is working in someones home and treats always leaves as little mess and disruptions as possible. His quotes have always been realistice meaning that we are not lest with large unexpected costs. I would (and have) recommend him to anyone looking to have work done.

Steve built an extension for us last year and fitted our new kitchen. We could not be happier with the work Steve did and would absolutely recommend him. He gave us lots of ideas which made our new kitchen and utility room even more perfect. Not only is Steve a great builder, he is also a really nice guy and we enjoyed having him around everyday!
