I have gained considerable experience of Occupational & Sports related problems both at my home practice & also at Newcastle Sports Injury Clinic - since 2004. Working from a dedicated treatment room in my home, allows me the freedom to be able to control costs - so that I can offer a good value treatment, and be able to take more time with my clients than in a more commercially - orientated environment. I have been involved in Martial Arts for over 17 years & having taught Karate I now run a number of Tai Chi & Qigong classes in the local area. The experience gained in this area of my work has developed my undrstanding & appreciation of the human body and mind - both at optimal functioning levels & at times of stress,illness & injury. I have always placed great emphasis on the significant & far reaching benefits that Traditional Oriental Medicine can offer & this very much includes dietary & lifestyle advice -which can empower the individual to help themselves to heal.
