I approached Steve after seeing on the Planning Portal a successful application by Steve of a barn conversion in green belt and in a conservation area which was quite local to ourselves. Steve came to see us and within a couple of days we had not only decided to apply for a barn conversion for ourselves but also a certificate of lawfulness on another property we owned. The first application went through but I was pleased to have Steve and his team on board to sort out all the awkward questions asked by the planners.
The Barn conversion was a nightmare but again without Steve and his team this application would definitely not have been approved. Every time I made contact with this practice I always felt that nothing was too much trouble for any of them. Steve and his team dealt with the process in a very professional manner at all times and the application was eventually heard by the Council Panel and
Steve and his team did a fantastic job in getting this application approved.

Highly recommend using these guys. We purchased a property with a plot at the rear with derelict outbuildings. Our initial plan was to remove and extend the garden as previous owners had been refused planning for a single dwelling.
