Poor workmanship and shockingly poor customer service. I have had to call them back to repair, redo, or finish everything they did on my roof. It has been a year since they first started work on site here and they still haven't put the correct gutters on my roof, in spite of all their promises to do so. The roof isn't even a year old and I've had numerous slates come loose. This company isn't worth all the stress and anxiety it has cost me.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, Took my mother out of over £10,000, took the money upfront and never completed the works. Have ignored her since. DO NOT USE Gregor Johnstone or this company under any circumstances. Took advantage of a pensioner in distress.

Stay away from Sterling Roofing services Glasgow

Do not believe anything you read on Sterling Roofing Glasgow website. My experience with them has been nothing short of disgraceful especially with one of the directors Gregor Johnston. He’s done nothing but lie to us constantly. Numerous promises to come back and complete the job. After paying them £3000. The water ingress issue still has not been resolved. Gave me a quote then after ripping my roof to bits took another £1000 from me for some roof batons. Gregor Johnston constantly lies and he’s a director of the company too. Takes your money and wants nothing to do with you. He tells you there is a 3 year guarantee and doesn’t honour it. There is plenty other roofing companies out there that would gladly do the job and give better after sales service. I’m having to go down the legal route now to get my money back.
