Photos

Victorian parapet gutters require regular maintenance. Here, the lead linings were renewed and the outlet adapted to prevent water penetrating into the building.
A timber framed bay window, commonly suffers damp ingress and condensation issues which may have weakened the timber structure.
Parapet gutters often have down down pipes inside the building. Any blockage or overflow from torrential rain can over flow into the building causing damage. To fix this, the existing rain water outlet can be moved, by cutting through the parapet wall, and putting the down pipe on the outside.
