Stellisons - Euronics

Extremely disappointed. Fitting service and after sales service absolutely terrible. Once they take your money they are no longer interested in the customer, do not respond to messages. Don't even bother saying sorry for their mistakes. Go elsewhere unless you want really bad customer service and faulty fitting. Would add having spent £500 on an appliance less than a month ago we are going to have to replace it as it does not work properly. No point trying to contact Stellisons as they were not interested when first contacted about poor fitting and I have no energy to keep phoning and texting and being ignored, fobbed off, or told contradictory information.

Lovely engineer but waiting in from 1pm and not arriving until 6.30 pm - too late to repair a washing machine. Was a 15 minute job which cost £120 - £27 of that was the part. £90 was the upfront call out fee - happy it was a 15 minute job. Would it have been £360 for an hour of work to repair?

Refrigerator and freezer unit failed as on as turned on. This company just kept telling me what they would / could not do. Despite being told that I have medication that needs to be kept refridgerated they told me that it was no different to a customer with food it the fridge.

Never use this company, they are useless when the appliance breaks down, no support at all. And it is still not fixed, shocking aftersales

Buy online or with a major retailer, poor after sales, poor communication, poor delivery fulfilment - 5 weeks from sales to install and they were just not interested
