Three reasons why I'll never book with them again:
1. Leaving people miles from their destinations because other jobs have come in, and having the cheek to charge them for the distance they took them. My friend had to walk over a mile in the pouring rain, and the driver was aggressive.
2. The rates they charge are so much higher than just about everyone else, and whenever you pay them they act like they're doing you a favour.
3. Despite knowing I have a disability, which they were very rude about, they would not take me what would otherwise have been a very long and uncomfortable walk, just because it was a 'five minute job'. Very condescending and heartless drivers.

DO NOT USE!!! The worst experience ever! They never turned up, never got in touch and were unavailable to contact! They completely ruined our day and evening. I booked them on the previous Wed, a return lift to Hardwick Hall. All booked and confirmed. We waited 25 mins and decided to call them…unable to…just got a re- dial message. At no time did they contact me!
They finally answered and blamed a ‘ third party driver’ who hadn’t responded and would unlikely to respond to our return journey! We were told to ring back at 11.00pm! No guarantee.

So, we finally got a chance of a lift with Cable Cabs, but only if we came away from the festival immediately! So with heavy rain falling, we gladly accepted. We missed the headline act ( Stereophonics) which we paid £140.00 for.Our decision.

Darlington Station Taxis…you are most definitely not ‘Reliable and Professional’ as your web site states. Communications are terrible and customer service non existent. Do Not Touch with a barge pole!!

Expensive 50% higher than other local companies, call another service for a station pick up.

Don’t know what people want sometimes
Asked for taxi at 840 astonished to get one for 910 Clean Covid secure comfortable and very pleasant driver who does regular work for students for special needs

Unless you prebook at 12am in the morning, your taxi isn't coming. Rang everyday for a week and they never had a taxi available until after I needed to arrive. Despite calling 2 1/2 hours before I needed a taxi..... useless.
