One of the worst lunches I have ever had.

Why didn't we leave when we were told tea wasn't available because the water heater wasn't hot yet? We chose meals from the menu and our order was taken Steak pie and vegetables. Minutes later - sorry that isn't available. we chose again. A beautifully described cheese sandwich with trimmings and a lasagne. When the food came the sandwich was just cheese, nothing else, with a small salad garnish. The Lasagne was small; I have seen larger children's portions, and it appeared to have been heated several times. Dried up and crusty around the edges. Disguised by the addition of some melted cheddar cheese. I ate it because we had to get to an appointment and I felt that the staff were actually doing their best and the alternative would have been leaving hungry. Eventually a dish of pickle was brought to accompany the cheese sandwich.
