Do not book with this company. I booked a return journey to Gatwick North 2 weeks in advance collecting us from home at 4.30am in an 8 seater. I called them to confirm and also received email confirmation. 48 hrs before the pickup I called again to confirm and was assured all was ok. 14 hrs before the pickup they called me to say the vehicle wasn't available and wanted to charge me an additional £108 for an extra car. Their excuse was that a trainee had taken the booking even tho I called the night before to re-confirm. They were not prepared to honour the booking unless I paid the extra monet even though it was their fault by their own admission. Absolutely disgraceful way to run a business.

Avoid: Used to be good but now PATHETIC.

Used to use thus company as first choice but never again! Called for a cab at 19:30 to collect me from St Helier after an eye operation. Was told there was a 15-20 min wait which was fine. After 20 mins I got a text telling me that the driver was on the way and gave his details so I moved from the ward to the main entrance to wait. Then another message to say a different driver was now on the way. Needless to say neither actually turned up. When I rang the office they offered some lame excuses and said that there were no drivers available and that was that... note that the texts were NOT from Station Cars with whom I had booked but from some company based in Beds & Herts so I suspect they have been taken over and are now controlled from miles away with few local based drivers, which wouldn't matter if the service wasn't pathetic!

Why all the 1 star reviews I wonder???

I don’t understand all the 1 star reviews. We have used them for airport runs on many occasions, they always turn up on time (to date at any rate) and quote a sensible price. They make you aware of the drop off charge and advise that there is a car park charge when being picked up. Maybe we have just been lucky but we have used them on and off for many years without incident.

Bad experience and additional unknown costs - beware!

DO NOT USE THIS TAXI COMPANY. I was unimpressed with this company, i just got an email receipt of payment and no confirmation at all firstly. When I followed up with subsequent emails they did not respond and I had to call them when I landed to confirm. Then when my luggage was delayed I was told I had to pay £15 of the driver had the wait half hour which I was appalled at as I was not told this in advance. It was reduced to £10 but I could’ve order an Uber for less. I also thought the driver took a very convoluted route to get me home. Lastly the driver didn’t even help me with my luggage getting in and out of the car.
