Starline

At about 1135 this morning, 22/05/21 I was half way across a pedestrian crossing at Royal Well Bus Station. A taxi from Starline Cabs, number 313, approached from my left, did not give way to me, and stopped right in front of me ON THE CROSSING. The driver was using a hand held device and appeared not to see me or hear my shout or the shouts of others nearby.

I have used Starline for many years and I feel safe for myself and my children to travel with Starline. Also like that you get text a price so there can’t be any doubt. Thank you

Terrible in terms of price . We were charged 12.80 for a trip a little over a mile...outrageous. Wouldn’t use and would tell all my friends not to use them .

Booked a taxi on their app for 9pm and had a price quoted of £6.60. Taxi turned up at 6pm and offered to change my booking to £32 instead, even through an agreed price had been accepted through the app. Manager was rude on the phone and would not accept responsibility for the price on the app. Awful experience, and will not use their service again, despite years of booking taxis through them. Avoid.

They are always on time, polite and get me where I need to go quickly.
