Left my car to get a wheel buckling done for 3 of my wheels, took my wheel nut and not gave it back, changed my locking nut on the wheel without my permission guessing that they broke it and not mentioned anything about it. Took my bmw wheel cap and not put it back on the car and burned one of the wheel caps so it’s all white, the blue is fully burned off. I had 4 original M sport air cover for the wheel they took them off and put me standard ones, again without my permission and not told me anything about it , all they cared about is the £180 that they took from me. Legal actions will be taking place. DO NOT GO THERE. WENT WITH ONE PROBLEM NOW I HAVE MULTIPLE.

Have used star tyres for what 20 years but last time I went in for 4 tyres back 2 yeah great front 2 instead of putting new on the put just about legal tyres said the tracking needed doing charged but not done proper ****** off I trusted them to do it and they didn’t so I won’t be using them again if it hadn’t gone in for a service 3 weeks after they had put the tyres on I would never of know so if get tyres from them make sure you check them before they go on

I went to [company name] to get new tyres for my car, and I was very disappointed with the service I received. The staff were rude and unhelpful, and they didn't seem to know what they were doing. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
