What is the point of advertising on here

I live a few doors down from the address given. Phoned at around 9am as I had a problem with our bath. Turned the job down flat without asking any details. Before you ask, the plumber sounds very English!

Rude manner on phone

Very rude man answered the phone, they advertise themselves as a 24 hour plumber but refused to take any details of the work I required because I requested a weekday evening job. He hung up abruptly after saying "no thanks love, I don't need the job".
