I've used Star Motor Services for many years and have always been impressed. Nothing is ever too much trouble. I noticed that even signing the car loan form this week, Ian gave me the date! The loan car was right outside, with the door open and the keys in the ignition. When my car was ready, the whole team got into action to move other cars out of the way so Ian could pull my car up right beside me. As a single lady, if I am worried about something, I always feel I can ask them (even the silliest of questions) and they respond professionally and kindly. I truly couldn't ask for more from a garage. Thank you chaps!!

I bought a Mercedes E class 200, petrol hybrid 2022 plate from a car dealer called Motor Gurus Sheffield. I paid £32000. When I took the car to do MOT as I was supposed to apply for taxi plate to MOT Center ,they found out the shocking truth about the car. That car was involved in a massive car crash and was repaired and suggested me to take the to a Mercedes specialist garage to check the car thoroughly. I asked Dee, the owner of MOT Center who strongly recommended Star Motor, Caversham, Reading.
Next day I took my car to Star Garage and explained why I was there for, without any delay they put my car on the ramp and the owner called Ian along with two other mechanics checked the car and explained me what sort of damage the car has incurred and how Motor Gurus fixed it with cheap stuff and doesn’t worth even half the money I paid for.
I thank Ian and All Star Garage mechanics from the bottom of heart for saving me from oncoming disaster.

Once again Star comes up trumps. Popped in to discuss a warning light on dash, expecting to make a booking to return. The owner plugged in the diagnostics there and then, reset a sensor all for £0 cost (I had previously been quoted £99 by MB Reading for the same check, despite the car being with them for a job under warranty).

I would like to thank the team, Ian in particular, for their  friendly, efficient and skilful work on my Mercedes. I  needed help rapdily with the rear springs, one had broken. Although very busy they were able to get me back on the road  the following day. I was delighted with every aspect of the service which Star Motors provided, even the bill.
