Stansted Airport Minibus Hire

Our group had booked this company to take us to BBC Proms in the Park. The deposit was paid to secure our booking however they only told us on the day that they did not have a driver and could not provide the service we had booked. Of the 25 people expecting to travel only 16 were actually able to make the train (earlier than the coach) and consequently missed out at over £40 a ticket. Appalling service.

One of our ladies booked a 24 seater coach for the Proms in the Park and paid £100 deposit. The booking was made weeks in advance. In the run up to the day she attempted to contact the company many times to verify driver, pick up times etc and was constantly fobbed off. Right down to the day, when several of us were trying to get information, they persisted in lying, cutting off the phone and avoiding questions. On the day, after our contact had barely slept with the worry, somebody finally told us that they could not deliver the service for which they had taken the sizeable deposit and we had to travel by train, meaning that some of the ladies, who had paid over £40 for tickets, were unable to attend.
Do not use this company - they cannot deliver and their service is appalling.
I would give it no stars at all if there were an option to do so.

We booked and paid a deposit for this coach company to take a group of about 25 of us to Hyde Park for Proms in the Park. About 3 hours before we were due to be picked up they told us they didn't have a driver. I don't think they would have bothered to tell us if we hadn't kept phoning to find out what was happening. They even tried to avoid our calls. We had to go by train in the end. Don't use this company. They will take your money and let you down.
