What a great service. After my fridge broke I needed an emergency visit after 6pm - the engineer arrived at 8pm and fixed the issue. Since then I have used this company few times and every time they exceeded my expectations. They have professional manner and great knowledge of all the issues. I cannot recommend them more. Will be using them in the future. Highly recommended.

Except 1 review in 2023, all his reviews are 2021 and before. Too comfortable with past good reviews? Why do you think ignoring customers msgs is OK? You've also ignored a msg for £80 repair work you did which you guaranteed for 1 Year. The repair you did has not worked. Maybe you could apologise if you promised a repair and hasn't worked? It's called common courtesy. Very unprofessional & rude.

No I'll not recommend this company which I think is only one person name called Abbas. He seemed nice at first but no point if he ignores msgs for repair already paid for and he guaranteed to come back. His technique is to play ghosting. Unreliable.

He is a nice, professional and punctual person. He believes in good quality.

I phoned at 10.24am when AO.com let me down, and the gentleman arrived to fit my oven on the same day at 11:10am. He was polite. professional, friendly, super efficient & a clean, tidy worker. He installed the oven in no time, checked it was working before he left and took the old appliance away.
I'm very happy with the service I received and I would not hesitate to recommend, or use this company again. Thank you.

Abbas came to give me a quote for a washing machine repair. He was wearing a mask and was very polite and courteous. Unfortunately my machine was beyond repair, but he was straight up and honest with me about it and explained why.
I am leaving this positive review as he didn't try to scam me or sell me anything, and he was a lovely chap.
