Shocking service

Do not trust these people! I have used them for about a year
Now, I’m always at work when they clean my windows so I pay them over the phone with my card. Quite a few times after payment was made I’d receive a invoice saying I needed to make payment l would call Paul back and he’d be apologetic, but since September I have received 3 more letters saying I now have to pay £5 extra per letter! I have emailed him twice with pdf proof from my bank showing I have paid . Still receiving these horrible threatening letters I have tried to call endless times only for him to block my number. I have since found out they doing this to another customer. Be careful!!

This is a difficult one. Not 'sure' who you are or who you are referring to in your text, but ..... I do feel a definite sense of hurt. In instances were this happens (rare I might add, but has occured in 31 years), misunderstanding and mistakes are at the root. Not some deliberate intent. Chasing up bad debts is probably the worst aspect of running a business. In turn receiving reminders for non payment can feel hurtful. But..... we need to do it from time time. The single biggest cause of misunderstandings when paying money over the internet is identifying who you are. You'll be surprised how sums of money, date paid and who paid, bear no relation to the job being settled on. My gut feeling, this is what's happened. The lesson to be learned is a customer needs to clearly identify who they are. Short address is best. Not surname, postcode or whatever. There we are. Hope makes sense to the complainant and others who may be seeking a good reliable window cleaning service.
