Poor service
1Total waste of my time .
Hi Jane, We are a small extremely busy family run business, unfortunately we cannot always get quotes out to people same or next day, we are not amazon. The guy that viewed your job would have then been on someone's roof for the rest of the day. We regularly have staff off isolating due to Covid-19, staff holidays and children to look after alongside the business. Since receiving your review we guessed you no longer wanted our quote so focused our time on our understanding customers. We are not a big firm and do not advertise as such, we are not in the office 24/7 to answer the phone. We are really sorry you felt the need to tarnish a business with a bad review but hope you found a company that can be more amazon.
