Staffordshire Wrought Iron

I was a bit suspicious when I read the reviews for this company, but when I talked with Mark, the owner, I thought it could be a company to deal with. I was completely wrong. We decided he should come and measure the area for the iron fence. It took almost 4 weeks until he at last come. He measured and promised me a quote for the fence and installation. No quote was send to me. I send mail, no answers, I phoned him, he was on holiday and could not answer. I tried to call him a week later. No answer. After another 3 weeks I sent him a mail that I didn't want to do business with him. A most unreliable person. Discusting behavior. I dropped him and will find another company. Whatever you do never contact this company for any help.

Very poor customer service. We have waited 9 months for our gates to be finished. We hadn’t heard anything for 6 months & decided to chase it up, we were given a different excuse each time we rang. The last time my husband phoned, he was told “cancel if you want!” We were very shocked by the attitude and cancelled the gates.

Just taken Delivery of 13 fence panels ,and a number of posts.
Great quality and sturdy ( 16mm infill bars ).
I had them galvanised for extra longevity.I would highly recommend this company.
Mark was very helpful . I shall be getting a quote for my gates in the near future.
