St Judes is a privately owned residential care home for older people.

St. Judes Residential Care Home is a family run home and has been established for over 29 years. The home itself is based in the Eastern Green area of the city and is within 5 minutes from all public transport and local shops.

St. Judes is a residential and retirement home which is spread over 2 floors and specialises in all types of personal & social care to over 65 year olds.

Any nursing care required is accessed from within the community on request and readily available. We have aids and help right throughout the home including a chair lift to access the 1st floor, stand aids, a hoist, Assisted baths & showers with showered chairs provided and also have a garden area for when the citizens want to soak up the sun and relax.

We have 25 single rooms which are fully equipped (21 of which are En Suite), 1 shared room, 2 large lounges, a dinning room, 4 toilets and 2 assisted bathrooms.

Prices range £520 per week up to £650 per week and this covers chiropody, internet access & TVs.

A truly wonderful care home

My Mum was in St Jude's for four & a half years & during that that time the care she received was truly second to none. My Dad visited every day & the kindness shown to him went above & beyond anything one would expect. The staff really cared for both Mum & Dad, they didn't just ‘go the extra mile’ they went the extra ten, & as a family that is something we will always remember & appreciate. Mum & Dad were made to feel part of the home in every respect, they felt valued & were involved in everything, which was very important to both of them.
I have been in very many care homes over the years, both as a professional & a visitor, & I can honestly say none can compare to the warm & caring environment provided by St Jude’s. Each & every member of staff is special, they should be proud of what they do & how they do it.

The best residential home in Coventry

My mother was a resident at St Jude's Residential Home for almost 4 years before her death at the end of August this year. She received the most excellent care and attention throughout her stay and nothing was too much trouble for the staff looking after her. The home is excellently managed and supportive not only to its residents but their families as well. I visited all the residential homes in Coventry once my mother had to go into care and St Jude's was by far the best. I considered my mother was very fortunate to have the opportunity to live there. My thanks to all the management and carers for all the care they gave my mother.
