We have hired ST Heating & Plumbing on numerous occasions over the last two years, most recently for more substantial work installing a new boiler and water cylinder. The work has always been of an excellent standard and the service very professional. Particularly appreciate the time taken to explain issues and the best approach to resolving. Charges also very competitive. Would highly recommend.

Sam came to my house today to look at my gas cooker hob which wasnt working. He was punctual,polite and a really nice man. It was a really fiddly job but he persevered until it was fixed.

I asked Sam to quote for a new boiler and complete replacement of gas pipes. I was impressed from start to finish.
Sam arrived at exactly the time agreed, every time he visited.
His knowledge and expertise was clear from the off.
He worked without stopping from early until late for two days to get the job done and let me know what he was doing throughout. He was courteous, friendly and tidy and even brought his own vacuum cleaner!
At the end, Sam talked me through the controls and made sure I would be able to use the boiler properly. As soon as the work was finished I was emailed all of the necessary documentation.
The final invoice was exactly as expected.
I will now use ST Heating whenever I need a gas engineer or plumber.
I was delighted with the work and the experience as a whole.
