St Giles jewellers is simply the best in Northampton. I would recommend this shop to all the people are friendly & very helpful. I popped in with my wife to have some jewellery repaired before this lockdown happened I also noticed a engagement ring in this store & was going to enquire when I returned😴😴😴 over a year later I returned to pick up my repairs OMG I was so happy they all looked brand new, So I enquired about the ring excepting it to be long gone as I couldn’t find it in the window the owner also searched her f/b then I took 1 more look & I found it so I got it sized & brought the ring without my wife knowing this was done via text between me & the lovely owner. Just to say you will make my wife sooooo happy on Friday when I take her out for dinner & present her with the ring she so wanted thank you so much. XXX

Got my bracelet fixed super fast and wasn’t expensive at all. Will definitely be using them for all my jewellery repairs

St Gyles saved my partners birthday. I ordered a Charles Mallory compact mirror from Charles Mallory who failed to deliver, failed to answer a dozen emails and failed to even pick up the phone. With days to go I managed to get a refund, re-ordered with St Gyles who not only delivered but were prompt and kind and generous in their correspondence and their customer care.
