Poor derive. Profit before patient care !

1
Been with them for 11 years, but my latest experience of the Wolverhampton practice, will be my last. Booked an emergency appointment for our dog, the last of the day. Due to traffic we were 5 minutes late. The door was locked, and when we knocked we were greeted by a lady who in a rude manner told us our appointment was cancelled due to 5 minutes late and they were shutting, but we could have an out of hours appointment, but might have to wait hours, and it would cost a lot more. The attitude was appalling, and clearly they put themselves and money before the care of animals. We walked away rather than cause a scene, and fortunately our dog recovered after 3 days, no thanks to St George’s !

Cares more for money than your pets.

This practice cares more for money than they do for your pets. A normal conversation usually ends with the customer asking how much will that be - not here instantly they move right into charges. They charge £18 to process insurance claims but regardless of if your claiming or not I urge you to check your bill/insurance claim for mistakes.... I wouldn't recommend this practice to anyone - in fact I would go as far as saying if there is some financial auditor that regulates VETS and their charges this practice should be looked into....

Always superb service.

Always use them to check and vaccinate my own dogs and my puppies before they leave for their new homes.

I’ve never once had a problem with them and they are always professional and courteous at the Wolverhampton branch.

Wouldn’t even trust my goldfish with them

Id give them no stars, if possible. The emergency vet was not helpful and should not work with people.

Too quick to slice and dice.

Tried to write review on the website and it wouldn't let me. If had another pet wouldn't use St George's vets
