I trained originally as a Beauty Therapist, but after my early working years in London I started adding to my massage therapy training. I offer:

Aromatherapy massage, this is the use of essentials oils blended individually for the client. A relaxing yet positive massage to leave clients feeling refreshed and soothed.

Hot Stone Massage, unbeatable in the Winter months! The use of heated basalt stones as part of the massage to add even more depth to the treatment.

Pregnancy Massage, a gentle massage for all stages of pregnancy. The aim is to promote relaxation for the Mother. One to one sessions with a birthing partner can also be arranged.

Baby Massage, group or one to one sessions to learn how to effectively massage your baby. Ideal for new or nervous parents to gain confidence. Soothing movements are taught to aid bonding and relaxation in families.

Disabilities, I have over 20 years of experience working in residential homes with various disabilities. I am very happy for people to contact me if they need a tailor made treatment. We have a room on the ground floor with disabled access.
