5I would have classed myself as very computer competent but the knowledge that our trainer, Lisa, gave us has resulted in me being far more efficient at work and leaving me with less stress (and more hair) when doing tasks that used to take me hours, but are now done in a few clicks. Lisa was extremely lovely and very approachable. She teaches you everything clearly and at your own pace, ensuring that the new tricks sink in. She really is an expert at what she does and her training should be compulsory -I just wish i had done the training earlier and saved myself hours of wishing i could punch a computer!

5The tutor checked where we all (the delegates) were with general CAD, tech. drawing, etc, and then pitched it at just the right level for us all. An excellent course i thought.
Excellent trainers and will attend again for more training.
